We are pleased to cooperate with you in obtaining a funding source for your client. We work with you as a partner/co-op broker to achieve a successful financial needs for your client. We will not contact your client directly unless authorized by you.

Our target is 45 days from the date that we submit the package to the lender. Before referring the clients to us, please have clients to provide business plan and disclose the cost of on-site inspection (see Client section).

The total compensation will split between Elite Lending and Co-Op Broker in the negotiable percentage.
